At Woglolos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging, where applicable

  • Complete with all original accessories, manuals, and included parts

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Some products may have additional manufacturer-specific requirements.

2. Free Returns

Woglolos provides free returns within the United States.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Customers should not ship products back to an address other than the return address provided by Woglolos.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, when requested

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, you may request a return within the 30-day return period, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging where applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

A return may not be accepted if the product:

  • Has been used, damaged, modified, or altered after delivery

  • Is missing original parts or accessories

  • Has been damaged through improper use or installation

  • Cannot be returned in a condition suitable for resale due to customer-caused damage

If a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us before returning it so we can assist you.

7. Refunds

8. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be issued if an item is returned with missing parts, accessories, or packaging, or if the item has been damaged or used in a way that reduces its value.

10. Manufacturer Warranties
